CANCELLATION

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the customised category.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that obtained on special occasions, Sale, Offer, Promotion. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

REFUND & RETURN

"No question asked return policy"-request raise with in 48 hours of delivery.

You can return unopened/unused items in the original packaging with Tag, receipt or proof of purchase. If 10 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return or replacement.

If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4-7 working days. In case of COD order below details required to refund amount in your bank account.

Name, Order No., Account Name, Account Holder Name, IFSC Code, Branch Name, Contact No. and Email ID.

Whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
